• Salary is very accommodating. • Generally nice folks including a handful of leadership. • A decent range of benefits including 401(k) options as early as one month of employment. • Flex schedule including unlimited PTO. • Remote first for seemingly most positions. • Smaller company with as much as 50-60 employees.

• Oddly structured with little to no available Human Resources. • Leadership relatively unavailable and hard to lock down. • Small number of clients with little to no real creative opportunities. Not a portfolio-making gig. • Generally low within the quality of creative support. • Zero access to a reasonable job description or general list of duties. • No opportunity for coaching or adaptive access to leadership before termination. • Diversity or lack thereof is extremely apparent. • Producers are really nothing more than glorified project managers. Extreme lack of creative insight. • No real backup plan for exiting leadership positions. • Some Creative Directors seem to want to manage people more than actual creative. • Culture seemed incredibly individualistic rather than team oriented.
