I spent only 1 week with this organization. I didn't continue because i didn't like the work environment and also found no-growth/less Pay. Poor Management. /3 Months Notice Period. Too much micro management. your colleague can easily comment you without knowing anything about you and this happened from the very first day . Your SME and HR can ask you to come alone on Saturday to work. you can say personal revenge, because no team member asked to come/No project requirement. You can't even use your phone during lunch and breakfast. You have to submit your phone to guard and he will also note your in-time and out-time on register/excel sheet.
