No career growth - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso GMA Network

No career growth, managers hold on to position even though they are supposed to be retired. Lots of consultants especially in engineering but a lot of them aren't doing anything for the company. They are just costing the company a lot of bucks. Technology is also lacking. Managers like to micro manage. Work schedule is dreadful, no work life balance. They would require you to work even on your supposed time off. They will require you to give everything without getting anything for your hardwork. Only the managers are getting promoted, people under them are producing good outputs but the ones getting all the promotions and credits are the managers.
