Where to start.... Many employees are far uneducated and sometimes are individuals who shouldn't be giving health advice in the first place. The constant micromanagement of the up line is absolutely insane and would get in constant trouble for not promoting "GNC" brand and multi vitamin packs (which have far weaker ingredient list compared to other vitamin packs) and the fact that the commissions aren't on all supplements makes it unprompted to actually help with people's genuine health where salesman will focus on commission and not the genuine health of the customers. The commission's have also been slowly dropping over the years. And my last gear grinder is that they treat staff as a number. They are completely unwilling to look out for their employees in the slightest and expect us to promote GNC products without ever allowing us to sample and expect us to promote a mediocre product with no way to taste test their products or anything to reference off of unless we wasted our own money.
