High turnover. HR department has had 4 heads in 2 years, all of the HR generalists seem to quit frequently. No work-life balance for management that actually cares - there are managers who live the 8 to 5 life, but they don't produce results. Common phrases like "I'll get back to you" "I'll look into that" "I'll check with " get old quickly when no action or answers result. For as large as they are, benefits are terrible. High health deductibles, limited coverages. When it comes to new ideas and management, they prefer people who just say yes and do what they're told - even if it loses money and customers. Plenty of managers/supervisors that do as they are told and don't ruffle any feathers are kept on even as their teams results remain stagnant. Ownership is more concerned with becoming a $300M+ company and doing things poorly than focusing on what they do right.
