A year later, they may realize their Mistake and the Loss. - This is Not a place for Performers or Honest employees, or just end up Satisfying EGOS. - End of the day what matters most is 'CULTURE' not the Freebies. - If you have a Pathetic Egoist Lead your life here will be a suffering here! TLs are: 1. Highly Incompetent, Highlyy UNPROFESSIONAL, Nooo Knowledge of TOOLs and Process, Treat Job as a Side BUSINESS , Hence Neverrr everr comes on time. 2. BIGG TIME EGOIST, Practice Highhh level of Favoritism, heavily Biased, Highly Negative Culture and Toxicity! 3. Highlyy Insecure due to Limited knowledge and they Hide their Insecurities by Threatening and Insulting the employees! 4. Nothing around Process Betterment or Innovation, Not really a Constructive environment, No Knowledge Talks, Hence, NOOO Support for those who really work Towards betterment. 5. Performers and Knowledgable Individuals are their BIGGEST Threat, No matter HOW HARD YOU WORK, you'll be sidelined when it comes to Favorites. Hence, onlyyy Favourites gets Promoted. 6. Managers sits at a remote location, Many People hv raised their concerns to Managers, they note down everything just to calm down the employees and use those points in Year End Review, NO CHANGE on Ground! 7. As Managers sits at a remote location, Many People hv raised their concerns to Managers, But they AVOID addressing these concerns may be due to their Busy Schedule, Or they don't want to disturb the workflow which may affect Googlers, OR May be they just want to show everything is fine and is in their Control, hence making their Points in front of Googlers! 8. People who hold responsible positions in the team are just GOOD for NOTHING, NO Knowledge , No Professionalism, No SHAME at all, they're Credit Hungry ppl can go to any level to steal other's Credit. Crab Mentalityyy, Manipulative and Highly CUNNING. 9. All together is a CIRCUS, where RULES changes as per the TL's MOOD. 10. 1 Year goes really well and then the Ugly reality shows up during Year end Review.
