Year round employment. only 40 hours a week. Was able to learn more about the golfswing

Cheating people. All about sales, not about helping them improve. I quit after realizing that my job was to basically lie to my students in an effort to get them to spend more money. Had to teach a certain way and focus on obscure, complicated points.

Falsely advertise what you can earn, in no other profession or field of service do you provide 100% of the service and get 4% of the pay. I get you owe them something for providing equipment and you’re essentially renting a bay from them all day but 96% is ridiculous. Everybody says great work-life balance but it’s just because you have a consistent schedule. Was the worst work-life balance I’ve had in any facet of golf and I’m a Class A member and have worked in golf going on 12 years.
