No explanation and don’t need to explain it to you Lay off the sales executives first without compensation during Covid No MT can stay for long as there is no career path Need to do all the ways to persuade management what you contribute to the company and beg for salary increment On job training is all the trainings provided and expect you should do more to learn by yourself No job rotation, no outside training Overseas traveling is luxury but with China factory traveling
