When I started here I was welcomed by everyone regardless of their job title, they made the transition easy and stress less. I've had loads of support from my team and in particular my manager, she's been my advocate and no question is too much! The flexible working is a massive pro for me as it can take me an hour to drive in. Means I get a better worklife balance and I'm way more productive because of it. Genuinely really enjoy working here and have no regrets in leaving my last job! Excited about my future here and am looking to stay long term.

Some processes can be made more streamlined but that's like any company more so when working on a global scale. However your suggestions are listened to about making improvements!
