The workplace culture is highly toxic. Some senior management engages in bullying and favouritism , and there’s little accountability or support for employees. Social events feel exclusionary, and overall wellbeing is not prioritised.

There are regular events on site and staff training is available, which on the surface makes it look like a great place to work.

Without doubt, the worst management experience of my career. The culture is deeply toxic - long-tenured employees will do anything to protect their positions, including sabotaging colleagues and shifting blame onto others to make their own teams look good. There is no real career progression. Everyone pretends to be one big happy family, but the reality behind closed doors is very different. I was personally sabotaged in my role.
