Management is a joke. Employees are not valued or treated like human being... they only care about the bottom line and could care less if youve been pulling 14 hr shifts for weeks or months on end. MAJOR FAVORITISM AND NEPOTISM and they will fire anyone that speaks out over anything. The management had a family member they wanted in, so they made it their mission to push me out and fire me over a bogus reason, simply told me its not working out and took all my work belongings and stopped giving me hours even though i was a full time employee...then lied to unemployment about the reason of my dismissal to prevent me from getting unemployment while I found another job. They create an unsafe hostile work environment in hopes that you will quit on your own, and HR will do nothing about it either....and when you dont quit on your own, they will begin creating fake, illegitimate paperwork about you to make it seem like you're incompetent and grounds for dismissal. Paperwork that you never get to see that goes up the chain that it completely made up. You dont have a chance if they do not feel like they can completely control you. Management and senior management is a major problem. You will not get promoted or paid as promised. Run as fast as you can! This job is not what it seems, you're better off looking elsewhere.
