      Lies about salary and contract negotiations as a systematical way of acting. Not a trustworthy place to work. Only good because of the foreign majority of workers.

      - The whitest of white companies in contrast to typical Japanese ones - Work-life balance is the biggest bonus - Work from home possible (though not 100%) - Events every now and then

      - Low pay. It may be average for a lot of jobs in Tokyo, but that doesn't mean much for a career. It doesn't increase really either
