Please be careful before joining this company. They initially will lure you giving good package but reality starts when you join the company. Worst management, they will do micro management, ask employees to work 12 hours minimum openly. They wont give you hike after joining. So whatever package you got on joining will probably remains same. They will give you false promise of sending to budapest location. But after joining, no one will do anything for you. They will keep giving false reasons to avoid it. They dont have their own office setup in india location and will ask you to sit from tech mahindra campus as visitor. They dont have any local HR and your payroll/incometax will be handled by Talentpro third party company. So in your salary slips, form 16, ITR everywhere it will be Talentpro everywhere. Apart from salary you wont get any benefits. Salary will also be delayed up to 8th of the month. Most of the good people have resigned from India location and people who left are also looking for a change.
