7yYou are correct that we encourage current team members to review us. Employees who have left are not usually the best standard to evaluate a company to those currently employed, but we do not bonus them to do so. I would encourage other companies to consider the same.
I do not know of any person written up for having children in our office, especially to help if a snow day or child is sick so management can keep working. We encourage that family environment here, though of course, not in the field where it would be dangerous. I will look into that.
If there are other unhappy team members or managers presently here in our office, please let me know. I pay well in our industry, and care about all of you. If you feel otherwise, I would absolutely encourage a discussion, preferably professionally in person instead of a review. Perhaps this is the best input I can capture from this review. Karin Wysocki
