Large corporation, room for growth to an extent

Too many higher ups, not enough actual workers For as many meetings they have, everyone should know what’s going on, however, that is not the case. Cliques in the higher level of leadership. It’s a toxic mean girls circle. Not open to feedback or suggestions. It’s their way and that’s it. Not collaborative at all.
