Currently work from home is allowed since before Covid-19. Even other staffs are not keen to come to office.

The management might not be so in touch with the employees so working culture is deteriorating year by year.

GRCPA has a great working environment. It combines the flexibility and freedom of a small company such as full internet usage, flexible working hours and a small and motivated team together with the framework of a large company to ensure projects are delivered within budget, with high quality and within time promised.

Since this is a new company, there are still some processes that could use some fine tuning so that it becomes more efficient. There are also not a lot of annual leave days.
