No real room to grow or promote within, everyone is really hungry for little power and very unethical in their practices.

Great work timing for back office and admin, Peaceful and employer friendly. No other offices in my knowledge treats its employees almost everyday.

I think the unskilled employees should have lesser control over the administration. The actual (skilled) employees could be more polished and disciplined.
