The culture is phenomenal at GROW AI, super collaborative and the founder is refreshing hands on, and really knows how to motivate and take care of the team. The compensation is market leading and all sales opportunities are highly qualified with a great sales process and structure behind it. I have never worked on an offer with such high show rates, fearless investments in growth and an attitude of “client obsessed” as much as GROW AI. This is a dream role for any sales professional.
