The people there are amazing. I spent a lot of time with all of them outside of work. They all really care about your future and it really seems like they want everyone to do well. No one shunned me even though I quit. The room for growth is nuts and you get a lot of experience other companies won't give you the chance to get right out of college. Conferences are fun.

Downside is the compensation. Some of the people there clearly make a lot of money (I saw some of their checks), but I never did. The people who seemed to make the most were very ambitious and were always challenging each other and stuff. I don't work well under pressure, so I barely ever met my "goals". I made the same as I did managing in retail, but I worked a lot more and a lot harder. Hours were 1000x better at least. I was happy to have weekends off though. I didn't mind spending time at "work" because I genuinely enjoyed hanging out with the guys and a lot of the day was spent making my own schedule. It was a tough decision to quit, because I loved the room for growth and development, but if I didn't meet my goals I would be short on bills (I have a decent amount of student loans). All in all, its a good opportunity for the RIGHT people, I guess.
