Very good team of production employees who really care. There is a lot of hard working employees who mean very well but they are overworked due to poor senior management.

Micromanagers - only care for themselves and their own career. No matter how much creditable information you present you will always be wrong. Fake interest in other people outside of the site leadership. Long hours for minimal return. Expect to be site leaderships secretary while they are off watching sports in their office or pretending they are traveling for work and they are home. There is no shortage of major issues in this facility and they will not be addressed by corporate it has been and will continue to be ignored. Moral is the worst I have seen in any facility in the last 20 years. No transparency, too worried about what they will have for lunch than the employees. No open door policy...site leaderships door is closed most of the time faking they are busy. A lot of affairs going on in site management that makes for a horrible, hostile work environment which has been brought up to corporate who ignored the issue even though there has been 5 complaints in the last year. Be careful who you talk to because it will probably get back to you as you being not a team player. A lot of politics if your not one of the "good old boys" or "fraternity brothers" as you will hear people state in the facility. If you go to work here ignoring these statements thinking you will fix the issues well...you have been warned. Huge amount of turnover - the facility has had 8 plant managers in the last 4 years - they just get tired of the corporate not caring attitude.
