Beyond the work itself, the culture is incredibly welcoming. The team enjoys great catered lunches and frequent after-work activities, which makes for a cohesive and friendly environment.

The company is experiencing a period of rapid expansion into larger government contracts. This growth has outpaced some existing internal processes, leading to some organizational growing pains that are currently being addressed as we scale.
