There aren't any cons here.

Most employees are long-tenure. (This means they have no other place to go, and are too old too. Silicon Valley.)

They haven't invented a unique product in the company's history, with the notable exception of a unique deep learning accelerator chip which hasn't gained traction. No sense of urgency, no career path, and no growth prospects whatsoever.
