Vantaggi

Great benefits, excellent sales training, good promotional opportunities, flexibility in changing divisions. Good pipeline. Small enough territories so can really develop relationships.

Svantaggi

Lack of transparency in evaluating and calculating bonuses. Sales performance was not a criteria in your evaluation. This ended late 2015 and I understand the situation is much improved.
