Svantaggi

Field sales is so toxic. Pharma has issues, but GSK tries to be the best toxic place of them all. - Patient first has made everything subjective. - Managers have scripted ratings aka calibration. - There’s tons of busy work, you must put on an act in order to appease management. - Success is based on how your manager likes you. - Several layoffs in past years. - Company has questionable ethics, Search this one. - They commonly force people out they don’t like. - They just changed to reward sales again, but this could mean easier layoffs.
