Work team, high standards, best in class systems, safety program.

Svantaggi

Demanding work environment. Stressful, long hours, punitive, petty, career advancement did not happen for QC employees. Dead-end. 1 person was promoted out of group in ten years, though many excellent people tried for advancement.
