- 6 am start time(due to company working only in international markets), so not a Con, more like a "must" - NOT Reasonable Commission Plan( GET RID OF IT, BEFORE you all of the talent that is left will leave) - Once hired as Sales Assosicate, no matter what you do and how much you sell, you will always remain as a "shadow" of some other higher Senior Executive , who has been with company for many years.
