Lot of politics and favouritism No action on any disciplinary complaints even after proving them If your manager doesn’t like you, it is almost impossible for you to survive in the company If any project is lost, they will layoff employees projecting as performance issue HR team is the worst. They only do activities like kids at work place etc and pretend they care about employees but don’t take action if issue is raised. They favour the senior managers and heads over the employees. The good HRs who listen to employee concerns and try to solve them leave the organisation. I don’t think that is a coincidence.
