While I truly value the company as a whole and appreciate its mission and structure, my experience within my specific state team was more challenging. I received limited training at the beginning, and as I worked through that learning curve, I sometimes felt that I could have benefited from more consistent guidance and support. There were moments when I did not feel fully supported by leadership, which made certain aspects of the role more difficult.
That said, I do not view this as a reflection of the company overall. I believe it was more specific to the team environment. The experience helped me become more independent, proactive, and resilient, and it also clarified the type of collaborative and supportive work culture I value.
