Vantaggi
- Competitive pay - Decent/good health care package - Really awesome co-workers - Manager is nice and easy to get along with. - Can’t say much more really. Upper management are nice to work with. - It feels nice helping out others (clients). you're helping out employees - Company tries to do some small events and few rewards. Like a custom YETI cup if that will ever convince you enough to compete with others. But they still try.
Svantaggi
- REMEMBER THE QUOTE “people quit their bosses, not their jobs” and this is the perfect example. The job is easy and really fun to do but this negative review is pretty much how the manager runs this place. - First thing you will notice is FAVORITISM. After working for few weeks you will see who those “Favorite” people are. - I am sure if you get interviewed you will be told about all these growth opportunities. Well unless you’re in that Favorite list forget about the growth. But the growth still exists you just won’t get it or is really hard to get it under the current manager. I am not here for those promotions/grow anymore but I can for sure tell the people who deserve it but will not get that promotion. - SHIFT BIDS!!! It’s not by seniority. As long as you’re in probation (6 month), it doesn’t matter if you’ve been working for the company for 5 months. A new hire will be with you fighting over a shift. - ANOTHER ISSUE WITH SHIFT BIDS! You won’t know what the schedule looks like until it’s time to bid. And the way you bid is the manager will send out a list of shifts available and you’re supposed to reply with the top 3 shifts of your choice. The first person to reply to that email gets their top pick. Which doesn’t give you enough time to decide which shift fits your schedule. - If that’s not enough about shifts, over half the shifts are split days off. If your shift is 8-5 then you will have sat -sun off. - TIME ATTENDANCE!!! Not a big deal but just know you will get points for clocking out early by more than 1 second. - The manager is a really nice person and not mean at all but I don't think she is qualified for this job. They way she runs some things are terrible and the only thing she cares about is the numbers! NUMBER, NUMBERS, NUMBERS!!!! - Remember the job is easy and you can enjoy it easily but the stuff I wrote here is not only my opinion but voices of many. People are quitting left and right after staying at this job for few weeks and some people few days. It all boils down to the manager. And talking to HR will only get you in trouble with the manager too. So be warned.
