This issue was serious enough that two managers left the company, yet it happened again during my contract. - The company hires without regard for qualifications, which drags down the overall quality of work. - Management is extremely unprofessional. I witnessed racist remarks and inappropriate conversations in the office. - Promotions are based on favoritism and a buddy system, not performance. In one case, someone who consistently clashed with the team was promoted due to personal factors unrelated to merit. - Promises about hours and commitments were often broken. They’d say one thing one week, then act as if it was never said the next. - Employees are treated as disposable, and the overall environment is toxic and unstable.
