I’ve been here long enough to give an in depth review. Trainers and co workers are friendly. It’s a check, they pay for you to get your required licensing, they have an annual summit work trip to Kalahari Resorts.

They pay you literally the bare minimum regardless of experience and or education. The office in Parsippany, NJ has a history of having bugs and they still make us come in and work while exterminators come in every so often and spray. You have to live over 50 miles away from an office in order to be 100% remote. So even if you live an hour + away, if your still within 50 miles, you have to come in. This is sad being as though the pay doesn’t even reflect the commute time. Depending on your department, your not working with anyone that does what you do in the NJ office specifically so you can’t just walk up to a colleague and collaborate which makes the reason to be hybrid much more pointless. They micromanage like crazzzy. If you step away from your computer for a few minutes longer than you should, expect to be addressed about it immediately. The training is very general and not department specific so any questions you have regarding your role and how to do certain things within your role and department, the trainers don’t really know. It’s not the trainers fault at all, but it just shows how GUARD doesn’t have proper training. They always have to reach out to your manager to get answers to questions that they don’t know during the training period. Once training is complete (2 weeks) your pretty much on your own. There are so many things that they don’t tell you and you kind of have to figure it out as you go along. They don’t tell you or recommend you on how you should structure your day to be organized,
