commission rates are below average; for any minor mistakes made down to a misspelling or a single box left unchecked your commission is denied; leasing is expected to do 5 million tasks on the daily while managers chill in their office and basically play candy crush; can’t be sure but everyone in corporate always gave me racist vibes; the way they would just look at me always made me feel uneasy.
