I was scheduled for an interview with GXP Consulting three times. Each time, they rescheduled with polite and sincere messages—but ultimately never showed up. If you don’t have time to conduct interviews, please don’t waste candidates' time. It’s unprofessional and disappointing.
As it is pretty small company (around 50 consultants), there is a direct contact with business managers and the CEO, which is good. Internal events, dinners, etc.
