The product is amazing and customers love it. Fast paced innovation and an ability to drive impact. Collaborative and helpful coworkers who are very driven. Very flexible work schedule.

There was some sales turnover early on due to underperformance and lack of management, but the team is steady now and the logos the team are winning is very impressive.

Great final products that are iconic and memorable. Awesome coworkers.

Salesmen sell the jobs without proper accountability through the entire process. Never learning and repeating all the same mistakes. Good ole boy system is still in place, but the problem person is no longer working there and it's much better. Hiring manager is not vetting people properly for their skill set.
