Very interesting product. Constantly cross training so you are always learning new things. Room for advancement. Friendly coworkers. First real job that I felt I was good at and could see myself lasting more than a few years.

There isn't a great deal of loyalty to the employee. I was let go due to Covid (not their fault of course), but this wasn't the first mass layoff they had done. It seems to be their go to reaction to any fluctuation in the economy. Keep your resume updated.
