You learn a decent amount about how to recruit but you can learn that anywhere. The location is nice too.

Management is lazy and they blame everything on the recruiters when something doesn't workout in their favor. They will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat. They have a lack of morals and ethics and encourage you to lie to candidates. If you are not in their group of favorites you will be gone and the "director" says it's strategic turnover. They make people miserable until they quit. They do not treat recruiters like people but numbers. They have meetings to BEG recruiters to create a team environment but do nothing to encourage it. Pretty soon it will just be the golden boys and the ring master herself. Good luck with that. Anyone considering- run while you can.
