They actually care about you, they are understanding, patient and will allow you to work within your abilities and you feel safe to go to management with issues or your ideas and they will happily accommodate or listen. Very kind management from my experience. A lot of events and socials organized for staff, culture here is just really good and sociable.

The push to go back to the office when majority of the roles could be remote or at least partly remote was unnecessary. It effected the work life balance that people had all created and enjoyed during covid times. The expectations for us all to come into office 5 days a week was unfair since we were remote for 2 years. And there was no adjustment period. Was rather daunting and overwhelming at times.
