This branch suffers from a highly toxic management culture driven by retaliatory supervision, micromanagement, and structural gaslighting. Local leadership intentionally withholds the vital operational metrics, account data, and resource allocation required for a new leader to succeed, while setting unrealistic, moving goalposts. Supervisory authority is systematically eroded by forcing leaders into entry-level adjuster tasks publicly. There is also a severe issue with disparate treatment, inequitable compliance scrutiny, and stark wage gaps along racial lines within departments. HR offers zero protection or resolution, choosing to shield local branch management instead of addressing documented corporate hostility.
