Basically everything. You're expected to handle an unreasonable workload, turn out quality work, and stay within your allotted work hours. The majority of the people in the office work through their lunch breaks and come in early or stay late to get everything done. But here's the kicker. The position is paid hourly and you still only get paid for the hours you're "supposed" to be there. There are a lot of people working 8-12 hour days and only getting paid for a fraction of those. But if you don't put in the extra time you get reprimanded for poor quality of work or for falling behind. My manager's response? "Well, that's claims." It's unethical bordering on illegal. I don't mind doing work comp claims. That part is fine. But the company itself will suck your soul.
