Vantaggi
Good benefits package including 401(k) and company match. Flexible work hours, reliable leadership, and fair compensation.
Svantaggi
Training wasn't formal at all. It was a learn as you go environment that made me feel like I wasn't learning what I needed to learn in order to make a substantial impact. They have a 5 year graded vesting schedule for any of the 401(k) company match. I would be more enticed to stay if they had a 3 year cliff vesting schedule. The work environment can be a very "stuffy" in a way where people are too professional and straight laced. Feels as if most of the people who work there are putting up a facade, instead of just being themselves. This may be a symptom of the office politics and one-upmanship culture.
