If work/life balance is important, there are better companies to work for -Hi amount of pressure to document everything and produce Core360 documents so that clients do not sue AJG. Work is done out of fear, rather than wanting to help clients -The office's health is tied to the life sciences industry and the number of IPOs, which has been poor the last 2 years -Benefits, ESPP discounts, and equity grants are below average when compared to the rest of the insurance industry
