The potential upside in income has no ceiling. You are trading with real money within 4 months of starting. Senior traders have great freedom in deciding their own schedules; as long as you're making money you can work when you deem necessary. Also its a very casual environment.

It is one of the few jobs that you can work hard and still lose money all week. In order to get the hang of trading they make new classes trade during European market hours. The hours are long at the start.

Fair commission structure. The hours are great if you can throw your trades on and make money then get out. They pay is great when you are making money. The company will give you good size to really start making some serious money.

Very slow on adapting to the changing trading conditions. Some strategies are just not working anymore, and the company tried looking at other products to trade, rather than treasuries, but that was short-lived. The fees are very high for trading. You will have to pay sitting fee, broker fees, etc...it adds up before you get to the split with the company. If you are slow and not at the top of your training class - management will fire you or ignore you completely.
