-People having authority over matters they are not experts in. -Disrespect towards labor and disregard for expertise. -Low salaries, with negotiations even taking place over wages and bonuses. -Excessive overtime—after all, you are working from home, so what's the harm in waiting a few more hours in front of the computer?

You get "free" candies, chocolates and chips each month

Low salary. You get paid with the "free candies". High turnover. While I worked there, entire development team got replaced twice 3-5 people each month. CEO is a financial "guru" not a software one. Big red-flag. He is as greedy as you can imagine. I believe this company is setup the way it is setup to extract as much money from its investors. Every Friday is crunch, no matter the condition of the game project is at that moment, it is shipped. No overtime pay, yet constant demand for overtime.
