Very bad internal management and organization. Lacking inner-department communication and no knowledge/experience exchange. Old-school thinking of the leadership. People in lead positions lack the required skills. "Agile" is a foreign word. Developer's work is priced very little while business developers are gods. Instead of paying developers more, company looses lots of money in other unneeded places. "Innovation" is a hot word but on the inside it's "old-school" oriented.
