Salary, commission, and benefits are competitive. Good product and programs.

Svantaggi

The sales and management model was created in the 1970's and has never changed. There is only "one way" and it is rehearsed, scripted, and inflexible. They only promote managers from within so it has become an old boy/mean girl club with no tolerance for individual style, personal initiative, or creative thinking.

I really don’t have any cons, after having my own businesses I think the ecxpectations are attainable.

Thorough training and onboarding, nice manager

Super low pay for job itself, commissions are low & and only are dispersed when product ships (which could be months), not autonomous, micromanaged, dress code of not wearing nice jeans didn’t make sense (meeting with retail stores not doctors), hand had to pay for iPad monthly insurance fee. I’ve had sales positions in the past and never had to pay any fees on equipment.
