Not working in an office, easy product to sell, building relationships w/ customers.

I over heard racial remarks coming from a director while I was in management. Also, no African Americans worked in sales during my 7 yrs. w/ the company. I'm not a minority. I'm not sure how the company stays in business. All the negative remarks I'm reading here, are the same as I experienced 8 years ago. Only work here if you can not find a job!

I really don’t have any cons, after having my own businesses I think the ecxpectations are attainable.

Thorough training and onboarding, nice manager

Super low pay for job itself, commissions are low & and only are dispersed when product ships (which could be months), not autonomous, micromanaged, dress code of not wearing nice jeans didn’t make sense (meeting with retail stores not doctors), hand had to pay for iPad monthly insurance fee. I’ve had sales positions in the past and never had to pay any fees on equipment.
