One of the worst places I've ever worked. They say they have fixed their pay issues but they have not. They wil hire you then in a few months cut your pay. They expect you to work 10-12 hours In The field and then more at night at home. The pay is minimal. This is not a job for a seasoned professional, maybe for a rookie cutting their teeth and learning about sales. Still way too much stress from upper management for the pay. Definitely not worth it.

Good benefits, base plus commission so if you want more money you sell more. You get what you put in. Flexible schedule. Family type environment. Tools provided to provide great service, samples, no charge credit for us to allocate as needed to assist our customers.

I really don’t have any cons, after having my own businesses I think the ecxpectations are attainable.

Thorough training and onboarding, nice manager

Super low pay for job itself, commissions are low & and only are dispersed when product ships (which could be months), not autonomous, micromanaged, dress code of not wearing nice jeans didn’t make sense (meeting with retail stores not doctors), hand had to pay for iPad monthly insurance fee. I’ve had sales positions in the past and never had to pay any fees on equipment.
