The shop owners are very nice and is the only positive experience with this company. Unfortunately many business have stopped doing business with Ganz because they treat their customers poorly and their sales reps horribly.

It doesn't matter how hard you work for them, how many hours, it is never enough. Sales reps are expected to work over 60 hours a week, and then using weekends to catch up on paperwork. They will lie to you to hire you. The positive reviews are obviously from the managers who are tired of training new reps all the time.

Good benefits, base plus commission so if you want more money you sell more. You get what you put in. Flexible schedule. Family type environment. Tools provided to provide great service, samples, no charge credit for us to allocate as needed to assist our customers.

I really don’t have any cons, after having my own businesses I think the ecxpectations are attainable.

Thorough training and onboarding, nice manager

Super low pay for job itself, commissions are low & and only are dispersed when product ships (which could be months), not autonomous, micromanaged, dress code of not wearing nice jeans didn’t make sense (meeting with retail stores not doctors), hand had to pay for iPad monthly insurance fee. I’ve had sales positions in the past and never had to pay any fees on equipment.
