You work like your on commission with no extra benefits to do so no bonuses or extra money just weekly recognition that means nothing Manager was a bully and made all associates cry except for her favorites and when u became not one of her favorites it was even worse So much pressure to sell with a very low price point store, there daily goals in the city I worked in were outrageous and your were penalized as a manager if you did not make them Super high turnover rate no doubt because of the manager Associates super catty

Additionally, accountability within the team was inconsistent at times, with miscommunication leading to confusion around responsibilities and follow-up. Overall, the environment felt more reactive than structured and not fully supportive of new leadership.
