1. Office politics- worst worst worst politics, not even Indian serials has these many contents 2. You have to be a bootlicker or else your life will be pathetic. They will target and attack you with gossips and exclude you. You will not have right to express your emotions or express your thoughts in Gargash. if you did ! Kaalas ! End of your peacefulness. 3. No growth- expect 0 growth, no salary hike, No increment, no appreciation. You work like a donkey and goes on. The starting salary is same as since 10-12 years. 4.
